Cogito cogito ergo cogito sumo

Contrary to a popular misconception, Sushi does not mean “raw fish”, and not all sushi includes raw fish. The name sushi means “sour rice”, and refers to vinegared rice or any dish including vinegared rice; raw fish is a common inclusion, but not a necessary one. Sushi does not always contain fish, and often contains cooked fish, and can also contain any number of ingredients, including vegetables and other non-meat products.
